Job Role:

• Teach English to students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in a Secondary School.
• Inspire a love for language and literature, delivering lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and engagement standards.
• Assess, record, and report student progress to ensure continuous development.
• Collaborate with other Supply Teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and abilities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum at KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students, fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work across different Secondary Schools and adapt to each school's unique culture
