Ppa Teacher

Flourish Education are recruiting for a PPA Teacher to cover in a small Primary School in Kings Norton. This school is a 1-form entry primary school to cover ECT and Management time across Year 4 and 5.

Our client would be seeking a PPA Teacher to cover Year 4 and 5 classes, on a part-time, long-term basis. This role would be to cover on a Wednesday and a Wednesday and Thursday in rotation. This role has no planning responsibilities, and the school would require someone with strong behavioural management

The responsibilities of this PPA Teacher position include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to a Year 4 and Year 5 classes.
• Providing high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Supporting the development of students' literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Creating and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
• Implementing excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure effective learning

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Experience as a Primary Teacher with a focus on KS2
• Proven track record of excellent behaviour management
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Ability to engage and motivate students with a variety of learning needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
