This role is full time starting in January until Easter.
Job Role:
As a PE Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality practical and theory lessons that align with the National Curriculum.
- Planning, preparing, and marking lessons to ensure excellent student outcomes.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting and encouraging students' physical development and teamwork.
- Maintaining excellent behaviour management standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for teaching PE.
- Strong subject knowledge in physical education and the ability to deliver both practical and theory lessons.
- Proven experience teaching in a Secondary School setting with excellent behaviour management.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
- Commitment to fostering student progress and engagement.
Working as a PE Teacher for Flourish Education also offers:
- £130 to £220 daily rate, equivalent to £25,350 to £42,900 per annum based on full-time work.
- The option of PAYE or Umbrella payment methods.
- Holiday pay accrued at 12.07% of your day rate (for PAYE candidates).
