Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher seeking a new opportunity? We are working with a lovely Primary School in a small village on the outskirts of Worcester, rated GOOD by Ofsted, to find a Key Stage 1 Teacher who is committed to inspiring young learners.
The role offers full class responsibilities, including planning and marking, with a competitive day rate and an opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive environment.
This role is due to start in January on a full time, long-term basis and continue until the end of the academic year.
Job Role:
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Full class teaching responsibilities for Key Stage 1, including planning and assessment
Delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Primary School children
Effective classroom management with a focus on maintaining excellent behaviour
Collaborating with other teachers and support staff to ensure the success of your pupils
Supporting the emotional and academic development of children in Reception and Year 1 (KS1)
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal Key Stage 1 Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status
Proven experience working with Key Stage 1 pupils in a Primary School setting
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum , particularly for Reception and Key Stage 1
Excellent behaviour management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Good organisational and time-management skills
Working as a Key Stage 1 Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
£154 - £211 per day, which equates to £30,030 - £41,145 per annum based on a 5-day working week
