Job Role:

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
• Uphold excellent behaviour management standards within the classroom.
• Support pupils in achieving outstanding results in line with the National Curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and boost group performance.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a forward-thinking Secondary School.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Proven expertise in Maths, with excellent subject knowledge.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum and a strong commitment to academic excellence.
• Exceptional behaviour management skills to create a productive learning environment.
• Ability to balance teaching commitments with a great work-life balance.
