The salary for this permanent Service Manager job is £43,259 per annum.

About the Role:

As our Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, driving the delivery of the highest quality neurorehabilitation services. You’ll ensure that our centre runs smoothly, managing all aspects of service delivery, compliance, and performance. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll also have responsibility for the financial management of the service, ensuring effective use of budgets and resources.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, personalised care to our service users.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory bodies, obtaining and maintaining your Registered Manager status.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the service, including staff performance, scheduling, and service quality.
• Drive recruitment, training, and development, ensuring all staff are aligned with Brainkind’s values and high-performance standards.
• Maintain and monitor service budgets and ensure staffing levels meet the service’s needs.
• Provide hands-on leadership, offering guidance, direction, and support to all team members.
• Engage with families, carers, and external partners to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.

Requirements of the Service Manager:
