Position: Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver
Location: Bristol, North Somerset
Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 PH
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am – Finish (around 4.30pm)
Duration: Temp to perm
Start Date: Immediate

A leading company in the food production industry, known for their commitment to quality and exceptional service. They are expanding their warehouse operations and are seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join the team.
The job
- Operate a forklift truck (FLT) to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, including picking, packing, and general housekeeping duties.
The requirements
- Valid Forklift License (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck preferred).
- Proven experience as an FLT Driver in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
