Your Role
We are seeking tutors who are not only knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate, ready to offer individualized, in-person support to learners with diverse educational challenges in their own homes. If you have experience teaching KS1-KS4 English, Maths, or Science, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will help learners who may face difficulties meeting age-related academic expectations. Your guidance will help them build confidence, develop their understanding, and rediscover a love for learning. These tutoring placements may range from 5-25+ hours per week and will be tailored dependent on your availability and the educational needs of the learner.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalized lesson plans that engage and inspire learners.
- Track progress and provide thoughtful feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with guardians and educators to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions and learner progress via our virtual learning platform.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding children.
- Experience in working with learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs is essential.
