Sustainability Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £75,000 basic + benefits
We are partnering with a leading developer and manufacturer in the semiconductor industry, offering an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join their team in Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact in a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of the site sustainability strategy and roadmap, working collaboratively with Divisional and Business Area Sustainability teams.
- Oversee the site sustainability program, ensuring alignment with global standards and organizational goals at both local and international levels.
- Regularly communicate progress against the site sustainability roadmap to key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Environmental and Sustainability Management System, ensuring compliance with global frameworks, international standards, and other relevant requirements.
About You:
- Passionate about sustainability and dedicated to driving positive environmental and social change.
- Proven experience in leading climate change and decarbonization strategies, including setting and reporting on science-based targets.
- Expertise in managing programs that focus on reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, improving water usage efficiency, and enhancing biodiversity.
- Strong ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to engage in and support site-wide sustainability and safety initiatives.
