We are seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a wonderful school in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The new Graduate Learning Support Assistant should be driven to make a positive impact on the students they work with and be proactive in finding new ways to encourage learning for each individual student.

Located in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, the school is looking for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to support students in gaining self-confidence and independence through encouragement, reassurance and the use of teaching and learning strategies. This school prides itself on student respect and responsibility, which is reinforced by the commitment to all students’ academic progression which you will be assisting in. This Graduate Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for individuals with a 2:1 or higher degree in Maths, English, Humanities, Languages, Science or any related subject taught at a secondary-school level. Strong knowledge in English and Maths is preferred. You must have a passion for education and are committed to creating change within learners, helping them not only with academic support but also with social and emotional development.
