Position: Bagging Operative
Location: Bason Bridge, Somerset
Salary: £13.18 - £13.81 PH
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Rotating weekly shifts
Week 1: 6am - 2.30pm
Week 2: 2pm - 10.30pm
Week 3: 10pm - 6.30am
Duration: Temp to perm
Start Date: Immediate

The company
A leading company in the production industry, known for their commitment to quality and excellence. They are expanding their production team and are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about their work to join them.
The job
- Operate bagging machinery to package products efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all products are bagged according to company standards and specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with loading materials into the bagging machine and packaging finished products for distribution.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report any issues to the supervisor.
The requirements
- Previous experience in a production or packaging role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
