What You'll Do:
As an Export Road Freight Planner, you'll be at the heart of the action, making critical decisions and ensuring seamless delivery for our clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing full-load, part-load, and groupage transport for Italy, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Finding innovative cargo solutions using a mix of fleet and market options.
- Negotiating the best deals to secure cost-effective, timely transport solutions.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and proactively managing shipment updates.
- Handling key administrative tasks, including creating load orders, managing customs documents, and ensuring shipment accuracy.
