Alcedo Care South Lakes are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Field Care Supervisor for our office to strengthen our team at a completetive pay rate of £17.00 Per hour plus pension plus holiday pay!
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED IN HEALTH & SOCIAL, HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO THEIR OWN VEHICLE.
Must have flexible availability to work out in the field, along with office days inlcuding alternate weekends.
You will be responsible for:
• Undertaking spot checks on care workers within the field
• Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks
• Customer service reviews
• Assisting with completing carers and clients’ weekly rotas helping with business development
• Supervising care services
• Providing care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures
• On Call Duties – On a rota basis shared with other office members
• Deliver high quality care to our customers
What we require:
• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social
• Is computer literate
• Must have availability to work weekends where needed
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car
