• Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with speech and language difficulties.
• Assist in developing and delivering speech and language therapy activities.

• Collaborate with speech therapists in assessments and progress monitoring.
• Deliver targeted interventions using creative, engaging methods.
• Foster strong relationships to boost student confidence and self-esteem.
• Track student progress and provide feedback for personalized learning plans.

Graduate Speech & Language Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• A degree in Speech and Language Therapy, Linguistics, Psychology, or related field.
• A passion for working with children and supporting speech and language development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Patient, proactive, and organised approach to work.
• Experience with children or in education is a plus, but not essential.
