What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead by example, promoting Alcedo Care’s mission, vision, and values while upholding our reputation for excellence.
  • Support the Manager with regular service reviews and completing actions to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Foster positive staff relations, effective team collaboration, and high staff retention rates.
  • Promote positive client and commissioner relations and maintain high client satisfaction through delivering a high-quality service with skilled and consistent staffing.
  • Support the Manager to grow the service and mobilise new packages of care.
  • Be part of the On-Call duty team, providing out-of-hours support to staff and clients on a rota basis.
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or above) (essential).
  • Proven leadership experience in a care or healthcare setting. We also welcome applications from individuals ready to take the next step in their career and progress into a management role.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
