What you will do:
- Provide expert support and guidance as a Senior Practitioner for Children in Care, ensuring the well-being and development of young people in the care system.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child, promoting their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with a range of professionals to deliver integrated services that support positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Support and mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop in their roles.
- Conduct assessments and reviews to monitor the progress and needs of each child, adapting plans as necessary.
