Based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire Pioneer Selection has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join a new team created due to rapid growth. If you have experience in sales or recruitment and are ready to make an impact, this role is for you!

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of this new team. Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Consultant:

✔ Lead Generation & Business Development – Proactively generate leads, secure vacancies, and develop a strong client pipeline.

✔ Client Engagement & Relationship Building – Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms, and deliver market insights.

✔ Strategic Account Growth – Identify and develop high-value clients, working towards PSL status.

✔ Full Recruitment Cycle Management – Partner with the delivery team to ensure top-quality placements and successful candidate onboarding.

✔ Performance & Growth – Track personal KPIs and continuously refine your approach for maximum success.

What We’re Looking For from a Business Development Consultant:
