Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Herefordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of 2-5-year-olds by supporting their development through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children aged 2-5 in line with the EYFS framework.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive Pre-School environment.
• Work collaboratively with parents and guardians to ensure each child's progress.
• Encourage play-based learning that promotes communication, physical, and social development.
• Support the welfare and all-round development of children with varied backgrounds and abilities, including SEN.
• Assist in creating activities aligned with the seven areas of learning and development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Proven experience as a TA, Senior Practitioner, or similar role in a UK school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
• Familiarity with supporting children in areas such as communication, literacy, and expressive arts.
• A passion for working with 2-5-year-olds and the ability to build positive relationships with families.
