The Primary Supply Teacher Job Role:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Teaching across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) when required.
• Adapting to different Primary School environments with confidence.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
• Following school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for pupils.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Required Skills and experience for this Primary Supply Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) certification.
• Experience teaching Reception, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and/or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching and the ability to adapt to various learning environments.
