Mfl Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting an MFL Teacher to join an outstanding private secondary school in Wolverhampton. This full-time role starts immediately and runs until the end of the academic year. You will be teaching French and Spanish up to A Level, delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Job Role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL Teacher lessons in French and Spanish up to A Level.
• Assess, mark, and provide feedback on students’ work in accordance with school policies.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and engagement, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the Secondary School language department to develop engaging schemes of work.
• Support students in their language learning, helping them to develop fluency and confidence.
• Participate in school meetings, parents' evenings, and CPD opportunities as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching French and Spanish at Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and A Level.
• Excellent subject knowledge and strong behaviour management skills.
• A passion for language education and the ability to inspire students.
• Understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Working as an MFL Teacher for Flourish Education offers you:

• £160 - £240 per day (£31,200 - £46,800 per annum based on 5 days per week).
