Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification
- Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field (2:1 or higher preferred).
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is advantageous but not essential; a strong desire to make a difference is key.
- Resilient, patient, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to addressing the diverse needs of students.
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Job Specification
- Full-time, long-term position Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role
- Competitive earnings of up to £520 per week.
