Early Years Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting a passionate Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming team in Selly Oak. This role offers a rewarding experience in a nurturing setting, delivering the Early Years (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring high-quality learning for young children.

As a Early Years Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Full Class Teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking.
• Foster a positive learning environment with excellent behaviour management strategies.
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support children's development.
• Assess and monitor children's progress within the birth to five curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom in a Nursery School setting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience working as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher within an Early Years (EYFS) setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and the birth to five curriculum.
• Proven ability in excellent behaviour management.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's development.

• £162.31 - £223.63 per day, equating to £31,650 - £43,607 per annum based on a full school year.
