Working as a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver engaging and structured learning activities following the Early Years (EYFS) framework.
- Support the development of children within the Nursery Class, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Work closely with the Class Teacher and other staff to provide high-quality education and care.
- Promote language development, creativity, and social interaction in a play-based setting.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and school policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education.
- Experience working in a Nursery Class within a UK Primary School.
- Strong knowledge of the Birth to Five Curriculum and Early Years (EYFS) framework.
- Ability to support children's emotional and educational development.
- A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Previous UK school experience is essential.
Working as a Nursery Practitioner for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:
- £85.02 - £98.41 per day, equating to £16,578.90 - £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
