Reception Teacher

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small reception class, with support from a Teaching Assistant and a parent volunteer. The responsibilities of this Reception Teacher role, include:

• Full class responsibilities, including planning and marking
• Teaching a reception class with 17 pupils
• Working alongside a Teaching Assistant and a parent volunteer (2 days a week)
• Engaging with school life and getting involved in activities
• Ensuring excellent behaviour management and creating an engaging learning environment
• Delivering high-quality lessons with a focus on Early Years development

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as a Primary Teacher, ideally in Early Years or Reception
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Passion for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment
• Ability to commit to a long-term role

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
