Key Stage 1 Teacher

We are looking for a dynamic Key Stage 1 Teacher who can inspire and engage young learners. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will enjoy the flexibility that day-to-day supply offers, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. This unique role gives you the chance to work in diverse Primary School settings, where no two days are the same.

Job Role:

• Delivering the Key Stage 1 (KS1) National Curriculum in a Primary School environment.
• Implementing effective phonics schemes to enhance literacy skills.
• Adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students.
• Maintaining classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Assessing and recording student progress in line with National Curriculum standards.
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and school staff to support student development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Proven experience in teaching within a Primary School, specifically Key Stage 1.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective phonics schemes.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to work as a Class Teacher and adapt to different Primary School environments.
• Passionate about education and committed to fostering a positive learning experience.
