Job Role:
As an English Teacher in a thriving Secondary School, your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching English to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students in line with the National Curriculum.
• Inspiring and engaging students to achieve their best through excellent subject knowledge.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive learning environment.
• Planning and delivering creative lessons tailored to student needs.
• Supporting student progress through effective assessment and feedback.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
• Proven experience teaching in Secondary Schools.
• Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive work-life balance.
