Working hours and days as a Food Production Operative are:
- Monday - Sunday 06:00 -16:00 / 16:00 -02:00
Rate of pay as a Food Production Operative is:
- £12.21ph
Due to the rural location of our client you need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Duties as a Food Production Operative are:
- Heavy lifting up 25kg.
- Packing food products on a production line.
- Grating and slicing cheese.
- Printing labels and labelling items.
- Working within different production departments.
- Upkeep of the cleanliness of the factory and work station.
- Working within a team and independently.
- Working within a chilled / warm environment depending on the department.
- Ongoing training.
About you as a Food Production Operative:
- Previous experience as food production operative
- Understanding of basic food hygiene
- Production requirements HACCP & SOP’S.
