Teaching Assistant

Flourish Education are seeing a Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 1 children within an Outstanding rated Primary School in Hereford. We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a supportive and vibrant school community in Hereford. This is a fantastic chance to work across Key Stage 1 (KS1), supporting small groups and individual pupils.

Working as a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Provide support to children in Key Stage 1 (KS1), including small groups and individual pupils
• Assist Class Teachers with delivering the National Curriculum
• Support children with a range of learning needs, encouraging both independence and confidence
• Help with planning and preparing classroom materials
• Work 8:45 - 3:10, Monday to Friday

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in a UK primary school, especially in KS1
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently

Working as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:

• £85.02 to £98.41 per day, equating to £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
