The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead B2B marketing across four brands, executing innovative strategies to drive growth. This is a standalone role, perfect for someone who thrives on taking initiative and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns – Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing plans, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and website management.
• Content Creation – Write, edit, and manage content, including blogs, press releases, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Events & Merchandise – Plan trade shows, networking events, and branded merchandise.
• Client & Candidate Experience – Build marketing strategies that enhance engagement.
• Business Development Support – Lead bid submissions and manage content libraries.
• Internal Communications – Organise newsletters, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Analytics & Reporting – Track campaign performance, using insights to optimise results.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role (ideally B2B).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media tools.
• Strong project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in recruitment, engineering, or tech sectors is a plus.
