Customer Service Advisor role:
To resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients, providing a highly professional customer experience via all channels including telephone, email, social media and live chat for a broad range of clients.
Your role will cover customer calls, customer queries and complaints, whilst always striving for first point resolution.
Understand that the customer's experience begins with you and have the enthusiasm and positivity to drive our brand forward, make ticketing fast, fun and simple.
Customer Service Advisor pay:
£25,438.40 per annum.
