Are you a Supply Teacher looking for flexible work in Primary Schools across Acocks Green and Surrounding areas? Flourish Education is seeking a Class Teacher to provide short-term or day-to-day cover across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role allows you to work around your commitments while gaining valuable experience in various Primary Schools.
As a supply Teacher, responsibilities will include:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles
- Cover classes across the primary age range, including Early Years (EYFS)
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants and school staff
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Experience teaching in a Primary School setting
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Ability to quickly adapt to new classroom settings
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Enthusiasm and a passion for teaching
