Primary Teacher

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Class Teacher to join our team as a Supply Teacher covering Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) in schools across Harborne and the surrounding areas. This role allows you to experience a variety of Primary School settings while maintaining a great work-life balance. Whether you're an experienced Primary Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have opportunities that fit your availability.

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver engaging lessons across the Primary School age range, following the National Curriculum.
• Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Cover classes on a short-term or day-to-day basis as a Supply Teacher.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different abilities and age groups.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with school staff as needed.
• Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience working in Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments as a Supply Teacher.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
