Key Stage 1 Teacher

Responsibilities of this Key Stage 1 Teacher Role, include:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 (KS1).
• Cover classes across Year 1 and Year 2 on a short-term or day-to-day basis.
• Maintain a positive learning environment within a Primary School setting.
• Adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles as a Supply Teacher.
• Ensure effective classroom management while delivering planned lessons.
• Work with school leadership teams to provide the best learning experience for pupils.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably as a Class Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and lesson planning.
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively and engage pupils.
• A passion for education and helping children succeed.
