Science Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting for a Science Teacher to join Secondary Schools in and around the West Bromwich area West Bromwich. The Science Teacher Role:

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) following the National Curriculum.
• Teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to classes across the secondary age range with excellent subject knowledge.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Assess and track student progress, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with other members of the Science department to share best practices and resources.
• Adapt to different school settings while maintaining high standards of teaching and professionalism.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Strong subject knowledge in Science and the ability to teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Experience teaching GCSE, A-Level, or BTEC Science is advantageous.
• Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
• A passion for education and helping students succeed.
