Nursery Practitioner

Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in an Ofsted rated Good school? This role is perfect for those with experience in Early Years (EYFS), specifically working with children aged 0-5. As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be part of a supportive and dedicated team. The role involves part-time work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, beginning after February half term until the end of the academic year. Personal care for the children is required, and previous UK school experience is essential for success in this position.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Provide personal care and support for children aged birth to five.
• Work alongside the Primary School team to support children's development.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Support the transition of children from Nursery to primary education.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in Primary School or a Nursery setting, ideally in the UK.
• A sound understanding of the National Curriculum and Early Years (EYFS) framework.
• Previous experience in personal care, as required for this role.
• A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
