Job Role:
- Full class responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment.
- Deliver high-quality lessons following the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment in a primary school setting.
- Work with Year 1 pupils, supporting their academic and personal development.
- Maintain excellent behaviour management strategies in the classroom.
- Engage with parents, carers, and staff to ensure pupil progress.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working as a Class Teacher in a primary school.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 1 (KS1).
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
