Flourish Education is working with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' primary school in Wythall, seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 4 with Attachment Disorder, ADHD, and Trauma. The responsibilities of this SEND Teaching Assistant role include:

• Supporting a Year 4 pupil with SEND needs, including
• Attachment Disorder, ADHD, and Trauma
• Working 1-1 to provide tailored support in line with the National Curriculum
• Assisting the Class Teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging the child's social and emotional development
• Supporting behaviour management strategies and promoting positive interactions
• Collaborating with staff and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous TA experience within a primary school setting is essential
• Experience supporting children with SEND needs in Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Understanding of Attachment Disorder, ADHD, and Trauma
• Ability to provide 1-1 support while following the National Curriculum
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent

• £85.02 - £98.41 per day, which equates to £16,578.90 - £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
