As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Class Teacher in preparing the classroom environment and lesson materials.
• Managing behaviour within the classroom to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Providing small group interventions and 1:1 support for students.
• Helping deliver the National Curriculum across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Early Years (EYFS).
• Assisting with administrative tasks to help the school day run smoothly.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• Previous UK school experience, ideally in a Primary School setting.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to support children in KS1, KS2, and EYFS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
• The ability to work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
