Key Stage 1 Teacher

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work as a Supply Teacher across Primary Schools in Droitwich and the surrounding areas. The responsibilities of this Key Stage 1 Teacher role include:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Cover Key Stage 1 (KS1) classes, including Year 1 and Year 2.
• Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of various Primary Schools.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and ensure the safeguarding of pupils.
• Provide high-quality learning experiences as a Class Teacher.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1).
• Ability to confidently cover classes across Key Stage 1 on a short-term or day-to-day basis.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A passion for providing quality education in Primary Schools.
