Key Stage 2 Teacher

Are you a Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for flexibility and variety in your work? Flourish Education is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work as a Supply Teacher in a Primary School in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to cover classes across Key Stage 2 on a short-term or day-to-day basis while maintaining a great work-life balance. The responsibilities of this Key Stage 2 Teacher role, include:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum to Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Cover classes across Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6 as required.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and maintain positive classroom management.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity of learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback where necessary.
• Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents to create a positive learning experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 and knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Previous experience as a Class Teacher or Supply Teacher in a Primary School.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
• Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication.
