Early Years Teacher

We are currently looking for an Early Years Teacher to join a fantastic team at a supportive primary school in Studley. The school is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons to children in Nursery and Reception, ensuring their educational and personal growth. As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver high-quality teaching for Nursery and Reception children, following the National Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages development and learning.
• Plan, prepare, and assess work, ensuring all pupils meet their developmental milestones.
• Liaise with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on children's progress.
• Work closely with other Class Teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching Early Years (EYFS), Birth to Five, or within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• A flexible approach, with the ability to adjust to different school environments and needs.
