Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join an OFSTED-rated GOOD Secondary School in Walsall. This flexible Supply Teacher role allows you to work when and where you want across various secondary schools in the local area. Job Role:

• Deliver engaging Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Teach French, Spanish, or Geography, ensuring excellent subject knowledge.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
• Prepare students for GCSE, A Level, and BTEC examinations.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to enhance student learning.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in a Secondary School setting.
• Excellent subject knowledge and behaviour management skills.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• A passion for inspiring and motivating students.

Working as a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher for Flourish Education also includes:

• £160 - £200 per day, equating to £31,200 - £39,000 per annum based on a full school year.
