Job Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Science, focusing on Chemistry, Physics, and Biology across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Plan and prepare lessons according to the National Curriculum and school requirements.
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment, ensuring excellent behaviour management.
• Provide support and guidance to students, assisting them in achieving GCSE, A Level, or BTEC Science qualifications.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
• Excellent subject knowledge in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
• Strong experience with Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Passion for teaching and supporting students to achieve their full potential in Science.
• Ability to work in various secondary schools and provide consistent support as a Supply Teacher.
