Graduate Unqualified English Teacher – The Role:
As a Graduate Unqualified English Teacher, you will be:
• Teaching and delivering lessons in English, supported by experienced educators.
• Planning, marking, and assessing students’ work, contributing to their academic progress.
• Engaging and motivating students, fostering a love for learning.
• Working closely with department heads and mentors, gaining first-hand insight into the teaching profession.

Graduate Unqualified English Teacher – Person Specification
• A 2:1 or above in a core subject from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead a classroom.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Prior experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or coaching) is advantageous but not essential.
