Who We’re Looking For

• A graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, English, or a similar field, holding a 2:1 or above
• Someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about working with children and committed to supporting their personal and academic development
• Experience working with young children is a plus but not required
• A patient, compassionate, and communicative individual with a positive, can-do attitude

Role Overview

• Full-time, long-term opportunity with a weekly salary of up to £520
• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and creating engaging learning experiences
• Work with students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, helping them overcome academic challenges and build their confidence
• Play an active role in promoting an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Gain valuable experience in classroom management and early childhood education
• Sociable working hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
