Early Years Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role in a supportive environment? This role is perfect for a TA with a passion for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a commitment to nurturing young learners in Nursery and Reception classes.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the Class Teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
• Assist in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Work one-on-one with pupils who need additional support.
• Prepare and maintain resources for Nursery and Reception activities.
• Promote children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
• Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils in your care.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a UK Primary School or EYFS setting.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum, including the Early Years Framework.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• A proactive, supportive, and caring approach to working with children.
