Graduate Teaching Assistant role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom leader in delivering exceptional educational content and engaging lesson plans. You will ensure that lessons run smoothly by managing disruptions and behaviour, and supporting students who are falling behind on their academic progress with 1:1 or small-group support. You will deploy your subject expertise and natural charisma to re-engage students and ensure that they are able to achieve their full academic potential in this Graduate Teaching Assistant role. You will be deployed to provide booster support in your core subject and may also deliver educational content in other areas.
You will benefit from constant guidance and support from a dynamic senior leadership team with a proven track record of developing graduate talent, as well as a roster of seasoned education professionals who will be on hand to guide and mentor you throughout your Graduate Teaching Assistant role.
