Business Studies Teacher

Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a high-achieving, Ofsted-rated ‘GOOD’ secondary school in Walsall, near the Sutton Coldfield border. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach Business Studies across GCSE, BTEC, and A-Level classes. Business Studies Teacher – Job Role:

• Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and A-Level.
• Plan, prepare, and mark work in line with the National Curriculum.
• Support students in achieving their academic goals through excellent subject knowledge and engaging lessons.
• Implement strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with the department to enhance the Business curriculum.
• Provide feedback and assess student progress effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent FE qualifications will be considered.
• Experience teaching Business Studies in a Secondary School setting.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and exam board requirements.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passion for teaching and supporting student progress.

Working as a Business Studies Teacher for Flourish Education Offers You:

• £160 to £225 per day, equivalent to £31,200 to £43,875 per annum based on full-time work.
