Mfl Teacher

Are you a passionate MFL Teacher looking for flexible work in a Secondary School? Flourish Education is recruiting for an MFL Teacher to join an OFSTED-rated GOOD Secondary School in West Bromwich. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work when and where you want, fitting work around your other commitments while inspiring students with your expertise in Spanish, French, or German.

As an MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management strategies.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance student learning.
• Uphold school policies and contribute to a positive school environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
• Previous UK teaching experience in a Secondary School.
• Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to teach Spanish, French, or German.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A commitment to supporting students in achieving their full potential.
