Maths Teacher

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join an OFSTED-rated GOOD Secondary School in Stourbridge. We are looking for an experienced Maths Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to teach Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Assess and mark students' work, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive learning environment with effective behaviour management.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with the Head of Department, parents, and school leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching Maths in a UK Secondary School.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and subject knowledge.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Minimum of two excellent references.
